We are hiring commission-only Sales Associates with real estate / developer connections who can open doors and secure meetings with senior decision-makers at developers and contractors. Your focus is appointment-setting with qualified targets so our leadership can present our value and close engagements.

You will target senior stakeholders including:

Commercial Director / Head of Commercial / Head of Contracts

Head of Procurement & Contracts / Vendor Prequalification

Project Director / Development Director / PMO

Head of Project Controls / Cost Control

Use your network and outreach to secure qualified appointments with developers and contractors in the UAE.

Identify and approach the right stakeholders within target accounts (developers, PMOs, main contractors).

Present a clear value message: how RICS cost & commercial controls help reduce project cost risk and improve cost certainty.

Qualify opportunities (project stage, live packages, procurement route, decision timeline, consultant appointment process).

• Maintain a simple pipeline tracker (targets contacted, responses, meetings booked, outcomes).
• Coordinate introductions and handover notes to our leadership team before meetings.
