We’re looking for a visionary Senior Strategy Manager UAEN to shape strategic direction, drive performance excellence, and lead digital transformation.

Key responsibilities include overseeing multi-year strategic planning (2026–2030) in line with D33 and UAE national agendas, creating enterprise performance systems with KPIs, dashboards, and data-driven insights, and steering institutional transformation through AI, analytics, and smart customs technologies. The role also involves conducting strategic research, foresight studies, and policy development, while championing organizational excellence and change management.

Requirements: UAE National with Family Book, a bachelor’s degree in business administration, strategic management, or related field, and at least 11 years of experience in strategy, planning, and institutional excellence. A background in government or semi-government entities is preferred.
