Fidelity Building Contracting LLC is looking for a skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our growing construction team in the UAE.

🔹 Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day project execution and site activities

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and work plans

• Ensure projects are completed within timelines, budgets, and quality standards

• Review drawings, technical documents, and project specifications

• Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues

• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and UAE authority requirements

• Attend project meetings and provide technical support to site teams

• Coordinate material planning, inspections, and project handover activities

🔹 Requirements:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

✔ Minimum 5+ years of UAE construction experience preferred

✔ Strong knowledge of Project Engineering and Project Management

✔ Experience in site execution and coordination

✔ Excellent communication and leadership skills

✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines

✔ Proficiency in project management software and tools

✔ UAE Driving License preferred
