Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably with ADNOC projects.

• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, cost estimation, and tendering procedures.
• Experience in preparing technical and commercial comparisons for subcontractors and suppliers.

Capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.

• Ability to attend and coordinate meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Proficient in reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documents.

• Strong communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and estimation software.

Familiarity with ADNOC standards and project requirements will be an added advantage.
