Job Description:

We are looking for a Helper to assist skilled workers and site supervisors in daily construction and maintenance activities. The candidate should be physically fit, hardworking, and willing to follow instructions on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist masons, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and other technicians as required
Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
Prepare work areas by cleaning and organizing materials
Support site activities to ensure smooth daily operations
Follow instructions from site supervisors and senior staff
Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite
Handle basic tools and equipment under supervision
Follow company safety rules and UAE site regulations
Requirements:
Prior experience as a helper or laborer is an advantage (not mandatory)
Ability to perform physical work
Willingness to work at different sites
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Basic understanding of site safety practices
Preferred Skills:
Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance work
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Good time management and punctuality
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: 1200 -1500
Accommodation & transportation (if applicable)
Overtime as per UAE labor law
