Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Furniture Spray Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in surface preparation, spray painting, and finishing of wooden furniture. This role requires attention to detail, precision in color matching, and the ability to produce high-quality finishes that meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, sand, and smooth furniture surfaces before finishing.
Mix and apply paints, lacquers, varnishes, and other spray finishes.
Ensure consistent quality and proper color matching on all furniture pieces.
Inspect, repair, and retouch defective or damaged finishes.
Operate and maintain spray guns, compressors, and related tools.
Keep records of finishing materials and methods used.
Follow workplace safety practices and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Collaborate with carpenters and production staff to meet deadlines.
Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in furniture spray finishing.
Proven experience as a Furniture Spray Carpenter or similar role.
Strong knowledge of spray painting, finishing techniques, and materials.
Ability to match colors and apply finishes with precision.
Familiarity with spray equipment operation and maintenance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
