A Factory Helper supports daily operations in a manufacturing or production environment by assisting skilled workers, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth workflow.

📋 Key Responsibilities:

Assist in loading and unloading materials and products

• Support machine operators and production staff

Pack, label, and organize finished goods

• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment

Follow safety guidelines and company procedures

Help in sorting, assembling, or moving items as required

Perform general labor tasks assigned by supervisors

Ensure proper handling of tools and materials

Report any damages or issues to the supervisor
