Job Summary

Helen and Sons Business Consultancy is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Setup Consultant to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate must have at least one year of UAE experience in business setup, company formation, and sales. The candidate should have strong knowledge of UAE Mainland and Free Zone company formation procedures and must be capable of handling clients, following up on leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on UAE mainland and free zone company formation.

• Understand clients’ business requirements and recommend suitable jurisdictions, license types, and business activities.

• Explain company formation procedures, government requirements, visa eligibility, timelines, and costs.

• Generate, manage, and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, meetings, referrals, and networking.

• Prepare and share quotations and business setup proposals with prospective clients.

• Convert inquiries and leads into successful company formation sales.

• Assist clients with trade license issuance, amendments, renewals, establishment cards, and visa-related services.

• Promote additional services, including PRO services, bank account assistance, accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, corporate tax, and visa processing.

• Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding and service completion.

• Maintain accurate records of client communication, quotations, follow-ups, and sales progress.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Achieve assigned monthly sales and revenue targets.

Requirements

• Minimum one year of UAE experience as a business setup consultant or in a similar role.

• Good knowledge of UAE mainland and free zone company formation procedures.

• Understanding of trade licenses, business activities, visas, establishment cards, and related government services.

• Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.

• Ability to generate leads, conduct consistent follow-ups, and close sales.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Knowledge of additional languages will be an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Target-oriented, professional, and confident personality.
