Skills
Skills
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in pedagogical principles.
Have a minimum of 1 years of experience teaching in a girls' academy or similar setting, indicating familiarity with the unique needs of female students and be very strict with students
Demonstrate fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring effective interaction with students and parents
Exhibit strong classroom management skills, creating a structured and engaging learning environment, promoting discipline and respect.
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
Showcase a passion for education and a genuine interest in the holistic development of young girls, creating an inspiring learning experience.
Display proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning, including interactive whiteboards and educational software.
Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development, staying updated on the latest educational trends and best practices. Possess the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse learning needs of students, ensuring inclusivity and equal opportunity.
