Job Details

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production activities for pumps and controller units.

• Supervise assembly, testing, and commissioning processes.

• Ensure production targets are achieved within deadlines and cost limits.

• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.

• Coordinate with design, procurement, and quality teams for smooth operations.

• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.

• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.

• Maintain documentation such as production reports, inspection records, and technical logs.

• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

• Train and guide technicians and production staff.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

• 3–7 years of experience in pump manufacturing or industrial production.

• Knowledge of fire pumps, controllers, and related systems is preferred.

• Familiarity with production planning, quality control, and testing procedures.

• Strong problem-solving and technical skills.

• Good communication and team management abilities.

Employment Benefits:

• Working Hours: 8 hours per day and 6 days

• Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and position)
