We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage recruitment activities and help build high-performing teams across multiple locations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle
• Develop effective candidate sourcing strategies
• Screen candidates and conduct structured interviews
• Work closely with hiring managers
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• -Manage job postings and employer branding
• -Track recruitment metrics and reporting
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience recruiting for technical and corporate roles
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and job platforms
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience working in international environments is preferred-
