Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Fiberglass (GRP) Production Engineer to oversee and optimize the full production process. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in fiberglass manufacturing and production management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end GRP production processes

• Oversee techniques such as hand lay-up, spray-up, RTM, and vacuum infusion

• Prepare and manage Bill of Materials (BOM)

• Ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with standards

• Optimize production efficiency and cost

• Assist in sourcing and selecting production machinery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related field

• 5–10 years of experience in fiberglass (GRP) production

• Strong knowledge of all major fiberglass production techniques

• Experience in BOM preparation and production planning

• Knowledge of machinery selection and process optimization

Preferred:

• Experience with well-known manufacturing companies

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
