A Dubai‑based contracting company is seeking a full‑time Civil Engineer (G+1) with a Dubai Municipality License and approved degree and over five years of UAE experience in G+1 projects. The ideal candidate must have a valid UAE driving license, their own car, and membership in the Society of Engineers. The role requires independent project leadership, strong site and time management, structural knowledge, coordination with authorities, compliance with municipal regulations, BOQ preparation, drawing reviews, NCR responses, and oversight of material and budget planning to ensure projects are delivered to specification.
