Sales Executive – Building Materials, Hardware & Tools

Location: Dubai

Type: Full-Time.

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive for building materials, hardware, and tools to join our team in Dubai. This role will drive business growth by identifying and developing new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with our marketing and operations teams to boost market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business leads and potential clients in target markets

• Conduct market research to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives

Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication

• Prepare sales forecasts, quotations, and performance reports
• Coordinate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and events

Represent the company at trade exhibitions, client meetings, and networking events

Qualifications:

• Proven ability to identify business opportunities and perform market research

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

• Experienced in preparing detailed sales reports

Team player with strong collaboration skills

Knowledge of the Dubai / GCC market is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field

2–3 years’ experience in sales (preferably in building materials, construction materials, industrial supplies, or hardware).
