ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a commercially sharp Command Center Solutions Consultant to drive enterprise adoption of our Digital Twinenabled command center platforms across the UAE and GCC. Our platform integrates IoT sensors, SCADA infrastructure, EAM
systems, and AI analytics to deliver real-time operational intelligence — at the heart of the world's largest Industry 4.0
transformation programmes in energy, infrastructure, and Smart Cities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
• Build enterprise pipeline across Oil & Gas, Utilities, Infrastructure, Smart Cities, Ports & Logistics, and Industrial Manufacturing
in UAE & GCC
• Engage Engineering Heads, Plant Managers, Operations Directors, and CTO/CDO offices at large enterprises and
government entities
• Identify entry points via EPC companies, system integrators, and infrastructure operators as customers and channel partners
• Represent the company at GITEX, ADIPEC, and key regional industry events
Technical Solution Sales
• Position integrated Command Center solutions: Digital Twin (360° imaging), IoT, SCADA, EAM, CMMS, Vision AI, and
predictive analytics
• Translate operational challenges into compelling ROI-driven digital transformation proposals
• Conduct technical demos, PoC workshops, and solution presentations for engineering and C-suite audiences
Solution Design & Pre-Sales
• Collaborate with engineering teams to design scalable command center solution architectures for complex enterprise
environments
• Coordinate with GCC system integrators, automation vendors, and technology partners
• Prepare technical proposals, commercial offers, and phased implementation strategies
Sales Execution & Revenue Ownership
• Own the full B2B sales cycle: Opportunity Identification → Consultation → RFP → Negotiation → Closure → Collection
• Manage multi-stakeholder sales processes across large GCC enterprise and government accounts
• Maintain CRM pipeline discipline and deliver accurate monthly/quarterly revenue forecasts
• Achieve revenue targets, payment collection milestones, and track the GCC competitive landscape
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Education
• B.E./B.Tech in Instrumentation & Control, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, or Production Engineering
• MBA / PG in Business or Technology Management is an added advantage
Candidates from non-engineering academic backgrounds will not be considered.
• 3–8 years total; minimum 2–5 years in B2B solution sales or technical consulting in industrial technology
• Proven track record of closing enterprise deals in the UAE/GCC market — existing regional relationships are a strong
advantage
• Experience selling: Industrial automation / DCS / SCADA, IIoT platforms, EAM / CMMS / MES / ERP, system integration, or
EPC project sales
Candidates with only B2C, retail, telecom, or non-technical sales backgrounds will not be considered.
Advantage / Preferred
• UAE/GCC relationships in Oil & Gas, Utilities, or Infrastructure sectors
• Familiarity with government procurement, RFP frameworks, and tender management in UAE/GCC
• Exposure to Aramco, ADNOC, DEWA, NEOM, or similar large regional energy/infrastructure entities
• Understanding of OT/IT convergence, IIoT architecture, and Industry 4.0 frameworks
