Performance & Resiliency Governance
• Design and implement a resiliency-driven performance management framework covering:
o Service availability and uptime
o Recoverability and continuity (RTO/RPO adherence)
o Incident trends and recurrence
o Audit findings and systemic risk indicators
• Establish and enforce data governance standards for performance and resiliency reporting across IT functions.
KPIs, KRIs & Data Management
• Define, own, and continuously enhance KPIs and KRIs aligned with:
o Service continuity and stability
o System resilience and dependency risks
o Incident response and recovery effectiveness
• Oversee centralized data collection, validation, and consolidation across all IT verticals to ensure data integrity and consistency.
Reporting & Insights
• Develop and deliver executive-level dashboards and reports translating technical metrics into business insights.
• Highlight:
o Vulnerabilities and systemic weaknesses
o Concentration and dependency risks
o Performance trends and improvement areas
• Lead monthly executive reporting on IT performance and operational resilience, ensuring clear narratives on:
o Risks and incidents
o Root cause analysis
o Remediation progress
o Resilience maturity
Governance, Audit & Compliance
• Coordinate and support audit, regulatory, and governance reporting related to:
o IT resilience frameworks
o Technology risk management
o Internal controls and compliance standards
• Ensure alignment with UAE regulatory expectations and international best practices (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, ISO 22301).
Stakeholder Management & Forums
• Facilitate performance and resiliency review forums with IT leadership.
• Challenge data accuracy, ensure accountability, and drive corrective and preventive actions.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify recurring issues, systemic gaps, and resilience weaknesses.
• Recommend and drive data-driven improvement initiatives to enhance operational resilience and service reliability.
Required Skills & Competencies
• Strong expertise in IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
• Hands-on experience with Operational Resilience frameworks
• Advanced skills in data analysis, performance reporting, and dashboarding
• Knowledge of RTO, RPO, SLA management, and incident/problem management
• Familiarity with regulatory and audit environments in the UAE or GCC
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills
