Key Responsibilities

• Manage and regularly engage allocated premium clients via phone and in person.

Grow the client base through referrals and relationship development.

• Conduct client risk and suitability assessments and recommend aligned products.

Build strong relationships with high-value clients through meetings and events, including out-of-hours commitments.

Understand client needs and provide tailored investment and trading support.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years’ experience in financial account management or a related role.

• Strong knowledge of financial markets, currency pairs, and trading strategies.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Customer-focused with experience in retention, loyalty, or call center/BPO environments.
