As a Creative Workflow Architect, you will design, test, and optimize workflows that improve productivity and collaboration across teams. You will combine creativity, systems thinking, and technology to build processes that help people focus on meaningful work.

Design and implement workflow systems for internal teams and clients

Analyze existing processes and identify efficiency improvements

Collaborate with product designers, engineers, and operations teams

Create documentation and guides for workflow best practices

Experiment with AI and automation tools to streamline tasks

Train team members on new systems and productivity methods

🎯 Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Computer Science, or related field

3+ years experience in operations, workflow design, or productivity systems

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with productivity tools (Notion, Asana, Trello, etc.)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

⭐ Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make, AI assistants)

Background in UX design or systems thinking

• Ability to simplify complex processes
