🎯 Core Responsibilities at a Glance:
🎥 Video Focus: Plan, script, and manage the creation of short & long-form video content.
📝 Scripting: Develop complete video scripts aligned with audience and platform.
🎤 On-Camera: Deliver clear, confident on-camera presentations.
🎨 Design: Create striking posters, Reels, carousels, and campaign assets.
✍️ Copywriting: Write clear, factual, platform-specific captions and descriptions.
📈 Strategy: Execute content planning based on trends, algorithms, and seasonal needs.
🔄 Repurpose: Repurpose long content into multiple micro-content pieces.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 1–3 years in Content Creation (home-country experience is welcome).
Language: Proficiency in English and Malayalam is mandatory. (Malayalam required for on-camera communication and scripting).
Design Skills: Skilled in poster and carousel design (Canva, Adobe tools).
Delivery: Strong video presentation and delivery skills.
Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse video and digital content work is essential.
Advantage: Understanding of the Recruitment, Migration, or Healthcare domains is a huge plus!
