About the Role

We are looking for an ambitious, motivated, and customer-focused Off-Plan Real Estate Agent to join our growing team in Dubai. If you have a passion for real estate, strong sales skills, and the drive to help clients invest in Dubai's most exciting property developments, we'd love to hear from you.

As an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, building lasting client relationships, and guiding buyers through the off-plan property purchasing process while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, social media, and company-provided channels.

Understand clients' investment goals and recommend suitable property options.

• Conduct property presentations, consultations, and developer meetings.

Stay up to date with Dubai's real estate market trends, project launches, and investment opportunities.

Negotiate and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in real estate sales; experience in Dubai's off-plan market is preferred.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.

Excellent presentation and customer service skills.

Knowledge of Dubai's real estate regulations and market trends is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

A valid UAE driver's license is preferred but not mandatory
