What We’re Looking For

We are hiring motivated Real Estate Agents who embody:

• A self-starter mindset & the ability to work independently

• High discipline, structured daily routine & accountability

• At least 1 year of Dubai real-estate experience

• A decent social-media presence/following (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LinkedIn preferred)

• Strong closing skills & a genuine passion for property advisory

• Excellent communication & client-management abilities

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify and manage client leads for off-plan & luxury properties

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors and end-users

• Conduct property presentations, project briefings and viewings

• Create and post high-quality real-estate content on social media to increase reach

• Stay updated on developer launches, payment plans and market trends

• Maintain CRM discipline & manage the entire sales cycle

• Represent the Haus Ville brand with professionalism and integrity
