Job Description:

• Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Windows Servers (2008, 2012, 2016, and 2019) for our clients.
• Administer cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.
• Set up, configure, and manage Virtual Machines in Hyper-V and VMWare environments.
• Implement and maintain Failover Clustering and High Availability solutions.
• Thoroughly manage Domain Controllers, Secondary DCs, GPOs, File Services, Print Services, and IIS.
• Configure and manage networking equipment including Managed Switches, WiFi controllers, and Security Routers.
• Manage and configure network firewalls such as Fortinet, SonicWall, and Meraki.
• Configure and support VPN solutions (IPSec and SSL).
• Set up and manage NAS devices and iSCSI storage.
• Provide desktop support and administration.
• Administer Microsoft 365 tenants (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Entra, MDM and Intune).
• Administer Google Workspace environments.
• Implement and manage cloud backup solutions including Azure, AWS, Acronis, and Veeam.
• Collaborate with clients to resolve technical issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitoring and resolving the Server, Network, Desktop and other Network devices for the AMC clients.
• Handle multiple IT support tickets and projects efficiently while ensuring timely resolutions.
