We are looking for a dynamic and skilled IT Executive with hands-on experience in software and hardware support to join our growing team.

📌 Job Title: IT Executive – Software & Hardware

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer hardware, printers, scanners, and networking devices

Software installation, upgrades, and issue resolution (Windows OS, MS Office, email clients, antivirus, etc.)

End-user support for desktop and laptop systems

LAN/WAN setup, basic networking, and internet troubleshooting

System maintenance, data backups, and security management

Coordination with vendors for IT-related services

• Maintaining IT inventory and technical documentation

🎯 Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in IT support (software & hardware)

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking

Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

💼 Experience: Freshers with strong technical knowledge may also apply

⏱ Availability: Immediate or short notice preferred
