Opportunity in Dubai
Based in offices in West Tower, Trade Centre Towers, Abu Dhabi Mall and with HQ offices in Emaar Square, this role forms part of a boutique division dedicated to providing tailored financial advice. You will work within a specialised team offering a comprehensive range of financial and insurance solutions to both new and existing clients.
Role Overview
This position is suited exclusively to experienced financial services or insurance professionals. Applicants without a background in investment or insurance sales should not apply.
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, professional financial advice while building long-term relationships within the UAE National market.

All solutions are supported by a highly experienced administrative and operational team.
Training & Development
You will benefit from structured mentorship provided by experienced Sales Managers, supporting your ability to:
• Build networks and develop client relationships
• Understand client needs and objectives
• Deliver suitable and effective financial solutions
The in-house Training & Development team will also support you in achieving Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualifications, providing a pathway toward Sales Management and long-term career progression.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements
• UAE Resident
• Proven experience in financial services, investment advisory, or insurance sales
• Ideally currently operating within the Dubai market
• Fluent in English with the ability to engage confidently in diverse social and professional settings

• Professional approach to client engagement and advisory services
• Ability to deliver clear, high-quality financial guidance
Additional Information : This is a commission only role.
Applicants should have a minimum of three (1) years’ client-facing experience in wealth management or life insurance advisory experience.
