Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and organized Admin and Accounts Executive to join our dynamic IT company team. The ideal candidate will handle both administrative and financial tasks to ensure smooth office operations and accurate financial record-keeping.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable and receivable
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Handle payroll and tax filings
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Coordinate office administration tasks such as supplies management, scheduling, and travel arrangements
- Support management with various administrative duties
- Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with financial policies
*Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven minimum 3 - 4 years experience in accounts and administrative roles, preferably in IT or related sectors
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage confidential information
*Salary:
- AED 4000 + Accommodation / Transportation / Insurance / Visa/ Yearly ticket
