Art Director/ Design Manager - Events & Exhibitions

Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and compelling ideas for events and exhibitions
Lead and inspire a team of designers, artists, and creative professionals to achieve excellence in visual storytelling and design execution.
Develop creative concepts that align with client objectives, brand identity, and target audience preferences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate conceptual ideas into cohesive visual narratives and design proposals.
Oversee the development of visual assets, including event branding, signage, graphics, multimedia content, and interactive elements.
Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines, messaging, and overall aesthetic standards.
Provide guidance on typography, color palettes, imagery, and other design elements to create impactful visual experiences.
Create storyboards, mood boards, and design mock-ups to communicate and visualize creative concepts effectively.
Present design proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and making revisions as necessary to achieve client satisfaction.
Collaborate with production teams to ensure the feasibility and practicality of design concepts within budgetary and technical constraints.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting open communication, creativity, and innovation.
Coordinate with external vendors, contractors, and suppliers to source materials, props, and equipment necessary for event production.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering/ Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
Proven experience working as an Art Director, Creative Director, Design Manager or similar role in the events, exhibitions, or experiential marketing industry.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects, event activations, and exhibition designs.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), SketchUp, and 3D modeling/rendering tools.
Excellent visual storytelling skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics, composition, and detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate creative teams.
Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in experiential design and event production.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required for onsite event installations and productions.
Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of traditional design to create immersive brand experiences.
