We are looking for a dynamic, presentable, and customer-oriented Operations Executive to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be the face of our company, responsible for visiting client sites, installing our software solutions, and providing hands-on training to users.

Key Responsibilities

On-site Installation: Travel to client locations across the UAE to install, configure, and set up our software applications.

User Training: Conduct clear, comprehensive training sessions for clients’ teams to ensure they can use our systems effectively.

Client Support: Address client queries during the onboarding phase and provide initial troubleshooting support.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain excellent rapport with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional transition to our software.

Reporting: Maintain accurate records of installations, training sessions, and client feedback.

Requirements & Qualifications

Location: Must be currently residing in Dubai, UAE.

Driving License: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License (with access to a car is a plus).

Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users is crucial).

Presentation: Highly professional, well-groomed, and presentable.

Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning, installing, and troubleshooting software applications. Prior experience in IT support, software training, or technical operations is highly preferred.

Gender Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role due to the nature of extensive field visits and on-site deployments.

Availability: Immediate joiners only (candidates on visit visa, cancelled visa, or immediate release will be prioritized).
