Job Description:

• Supports the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics operations.

• Ensures efficient movement, storage, and distribution of goods.

• Assists in inventory management, documentation, and supply chain coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shipment Tracking:

- Plan and schedule deliveries and shipments.

- Monitor inbound and outbound freight, ensure timely dispatch, and proactively resolve shipping delays or discrepancies .

• Inventory & Warehousing

assist with receiving, sorting, picking, packing, and dispatching products, while

• maintaining accurate inventory records.

• Documentation & Compliance:

- Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation in compliance with local

and international trade regulations.

- Maintain accurate records of inventory, deliveries, and shipments.

- Communicate with drivers, suppliers, regarding logistics matters.

• Communication and team collaboration:

- Collaborate with the team to accomplish all daily tasks on time with a high level of quality

- Act as the main point of contact between suppliers, warehouses and other departments.

- collaborate with teams to address logistical hurdles affecting operations.

- Provide timely updates to all colleagues on and leaders shipment statuses and delays.

Qualifications/Requirements:

- At least 1 year of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.

- • Knowledge of inventory management systems and basic logistics procedures.

- • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

- • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.
