Job Summary

The Fire Pump Supervisor will be responsible for supervising installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of fire pump systems in compliance with international fire safety standards and project requirements. The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise installation, testing, and commissioning of fire pump systems

Ensure proper operation and maintenance of fire protection systems

Lead and guide technicians and site workers

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance

Troubleshoot and resolve system faults efficiently

Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and project specifications

• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and project managers
• Maintain accurate maintenance and inspection reports

Qualifications & Requirements

Diploma or ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

Minimum 5–8 years of experience in fire pump / fire protection systems

• Strong knowledge of fire pumps, controllers, and firefighting systems
• Experience in GCC projects preferred

Knowledge of NFPA standards and safety regulations

• Ability to lead site teams and work under pressure

Preferred Skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Leadership and team supervision experience

Good communication and reporting abilities

Hands-on experience with fire pump testing and commissioning
