We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. Junior accountant will play a key role in assisting with the day-to-day accounting operations, including preparing financial reports, reconciling bank statements, and processing invoices. This position is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in accounting principles and a keen interest to expand their knowledge in a fast-paced, professional environment. The junior accountant will work closely with senior accountant to develop skills and experience crucial for a successful accounting career.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements.

• Perform regular reconciliations of accounts and bank statements to ensure accuracy.

• Process accounts payable and receivable transactions promptly and accurately.

• Manage the full cycle of invoicing from preparation to execution.

• Collaborate with the accounting team to streamline accounting processes.

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes by preparing necessary documentation.

• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and financial documentation in organized files.

• Assist with budget preparation and analysis as directed by senior accountants.

• Provide support for auditing processes by supplying necessary data and records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.

• At least 2-3years of relevant experience in an accounting role preferred.

• Experience in accounting software SAP.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software applications.

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive accounting team.

• High level of accuracy and analytical skills in financial data management.
