Job Description:

Position Overview:
As a Care Assistant at Oceanrise Healthcare Agency Ltd, you will play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting their independence and well-being. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care that meets their physical, emotional, and social needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide personal care to residents including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Support residents with mobility and physical activities as required.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding where necessary.
Monitor residents’ health and report any changes or concerns to senior staff members.
Engage residents in social activities and encourage participation in community events.
Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any incidents or accidents promptly.
Uphold the dignity and respect of each resident while fostering a supportive environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
A caring nature with a genuine passion for helping others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A valid DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service) will be required prior to employment.
