Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Amazon/Online Store Listing Assistant to support our e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality product images and videos, managing product listings, maintaining inventory records, and assisting with packaging and dispatch activities.
This role combines creative content production with hands-on operational responsibilities and plays a key part in ensuring our online store reflects a professional and engaging brand presence that drives sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality product photos and videos that showcase products attractively and align with brand standards.
- Edit and enhance visuals for use on Amazon, company websites, and other online platforms.
- Create and upload listings on Amazon and other marketplaces, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and keyword optimization.
- Maintain warehouse and inventory records, ensuring stock levels are updated and discrepancies are reported promptly.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and dispatching of products to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure visual and product consistency across all listings.
- Monitor listing performance and coordinate with management to optimize titles, images, and descriptions for better visibility and conversion.
- Adhere to Amazon’s listing policies and image quality guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for photography and inventory handling.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Media, E-commerce, Design, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Prior experience in Amazon product listing, e-commerce operations, or content creation is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and listing optimization tools will be considered an asset.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong photography and videography skills, with the ability to shoot and edit independently.
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, CapCut, or similar).
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping abilities.
- Attention to detail and consistency in product presentation.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
- A proactive mindset with a willingness to assist in various aspects of store operations.
Work Environment:
- This role is onsite and may involve occasional warehouse or studio work.
- Must be comfortable working with physical inventory and photography equipment.
