Hiring for a reputed group of companies based in UAE.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Operations Team in management of existing customers

• Retention of existing customers by working in tandem with Operations Manager

• Promote and grow Air, Sea and Land freight service

• Responsible for executions through close coordination with local and overseas suppliers and supervise end to end of each and every air/sea/land movements

• Reporting weekly activities and monthly achievements to Operations Manager

• Must be willing to travel within and outside UAE

• Capability to work with different cultures and an extra language would be beneficial

• Assist Operations Manager in preparation of BID’s / Contracts

Requirements:

• ⁠Must be from the freight forwarding industry based in Dubai

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistic Operations

• Must be well versed in Air/Sea/Land export and import formalities at Dubai air/sea port

• Good knowledge of related portal such as Mirsal, Dubai Trade, Calogi is mandatory

• Experience in handling movement of cargoes for Oil, Gas, Energy and MNC’s

• Well versed in planning the freight clearing and forward requirements for cargoes

• Must be well versed with Custom Clearance process

• Excellent English communication skills.

• Candidates working currently in UAE and well versed with UAE market only will be considered.

• Must be available to join immediately.
