Key Responsibilities:

• Handle daily collection activities and follow up with customers for outstanding payments

• Communicate with customers to negotiate and agree on repayment plans

• Demonstrate decent knowledge in negotiation and tracing

• Handle customer queries related to payments and resolve issues professionally

• Meet assigned collection targets and contribute to overall team performance
