Job Description:

We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our real estate team. As a key member of our marketing department, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to promote our properties, agents, and brand. Your goal will be to increase online visibility, engagement, and lead generation through creative and targeted social media campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a social media marketing strategy that aligns with our business objectives and targets our ideal audience.
2. Content Creation: Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, videos, stories, etc.) that showcases our properties, agents, and brand.
3. Account Management: Manage and maintain our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) to ensure consistency and brand integrity.
4. Paid Advertising: Develop and execute paid social media ad campaigns to reach our target audience and drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales.
5. Engagement and Community Building: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on social media, fostering a positive online community and building relationships with our audience.
6. Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze social media metrics (engagement rates, reach, conversions, etc.) to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future marketing decisions.
7. Collaboration: Work closely with our agents, marketing team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and maximize marketing efforts.
1. Experience: 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
2. Knowledge: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
3. Skills: Excellent content creation, writing, and visual design skills.
4. Analytics: Ability to track, analyze, and interpret social media metrics to inform marketing decisions.
5. Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders.
