Job Description:

• Roles & Responsibilities The **Photographer cum Videographer AND Graphic designer**, will be working alongside the digital marketer cum content specialist,Key responsibilities:
• *1- Photography/Videography** - Photograph properties listed for sale or rent to meet the online marketing needs - Taking photos and videos of buildings, amenities, areas, people and properties - Coordinate with brokers/clients on site and perform shooting sessions - Take photo shoots of interior and exterior space of residences - Help homeowners stage their homes to achieve the best visual and creative results - Ensure good photo composition, angles and positioning meet the required standards - Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional shoots and company events. - Support management and agents with video content for company social media activities.
• *2- Graphic design** - Design, conceptualize and draft eye-catching content - Manage Word Press based website for landing pages - Create images that creatively convey a message - Develop graphics and visual or audio images for product illustrations, logos, and social media platforms - Create and edit PowerPoint Presentation and PDF presentation templates - Design graphics, banners and other Web images to be a part of integrated marketing campaigns.
• *Required skills to be successful** - Ability to combine and identify commercial, aesthetic and practical skills. - Ability to create a trustful and creative environment. - A natural ability to move smoothly from assessing the bigger picture to seeing the small details. - Build trust and communicate clearly with different people and groups of people in various situations. - Good analytical and strategic skills and the ability to steer the store business over the short-, mid - and long term. Desired Candidate Profile Ability to commute/relocate: - Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
• *Experience**: - Graphic Designer AND Photographer & Videographer: 3 years (preferred) Must have own visa
