Key Responsibilities

* Provide primary healthcare and first aid to employees at the site

* Respond to medical emergencies and injuries promptly

* Conduct routine health assessments and monitoring of workers

* Maintain medical records, incident reports, and documentation

* Ensure the clinic is stocked with required medical supplies and equipment

* Coordinate with ambulance services and hospitals when required

* Promote health awareness and safety practices on-site

* Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and company protocols

Requirements

* DOH / HAAD License or Eligibility Letter (Mandatory)

* Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing

* Minimum 2 years of experience (construction/industrial site experience preferred)

* Certified in BLS (Basic Life Support)

* Good communication and emergency handling skills

* Physically fit and able to work in site conditions

* Shift: Day / Night (as per project requirement)

* Location: Construction Site – Abu Dhabi
