Job Description
  • The Customer Service Executive executes jobs accurately, systematically, efficiently, and promptly.
  • The person coordinates with all persons, teams, and agencies concerned with moving the shipment.
  • Sending inquiries/RFQs to overseas agents, local carriers
  • Prompt communication with the overseas and local partners
  • Ensuring proper handling of shipments from start to finish
  • Suggest solutions for improvement
  • Analyze data on a regular basis
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar post
  • Knowledge of sea and air imports and exports, cross trades (Air/Sea/Land)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Planning and organizing skills
  • Capacity to handle stressful situations
  • A high degree of accuracy
