Key Requirement
• SIRA certified
• Good Communication Skills

Surveillance & Monitoring: Continuously monitor the premises through CCTV cameras and physical patrols to ensure the safety of people and property.
Access Control: Manage the entry and exit points of the premises, ensuring authorized individuals are granted access while unauthorized individuals are denied.
Incident Response: Quickly respond to any security breaches, alarms, or emergencies, including medical situations, fire alarms, or theft.
Reporting: Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, or any suspicious activities observed during shifts.
Patrol Duties: Conduct regular foot and/or vehicle patrols to inspect the premises for any security issues, including locked doors, windows, and potential hazards.
Customer Service: Assist employees, visitors, and customers by providing directions or answering any questions they may have regarding the premises.
Emergency Procedures: Be familiar with and execute emergency evacuation plans, fire drills, and other safety procedures.
Conflict Resolution: Address conflicts and disturbances on-site, ensuring the situation is resolved peacefully and efficiently.
Safety Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols and company policies are followed by all individuals on the property.
