PROJECT MANAGER

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management within the interior design & fit-out industry in Dubai.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, authority approvals, and construction standards.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within deadlines.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and other project management tools.
UAE driving license is preferred.

Client Management: Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards, project specifications, and Dubai regulations.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, ensuring smooth project delivery.
Progress Monitoring & Reporting: Track project milestones, prepare progress reports, and present updates to senior management.
Site Supervision: Conduct regular site visits to oversee work progress, enforce safety protocols, and ensure adherence to project deadlines.
