We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Supervisor with a strong background in interior design and fit-out projects. The successful candidate will oversee and manage all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed to the highest quality standards, on time, and within budget. This role requires excellent leadership, problem-solving skills, and a thorough understanding of fit-out processes in the UAE market.
Site Management- Quality Control- Project Coordination- Resource Management- Health & Safety
- Proven experience (3–5 years) as a Site Supervisor in interior design and fit-out projects, preferably in Dubai or the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction techniques, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and safety practices.
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
