CCTV Operator

Operating and monitoring all surveillance security systems/cameras within the Control Centre efficiently and in compliance with the operating procedures, legislation, and best practices.
Recording all events, incidents, and actions in a clear, legible, and accurate written format.
To maintain a secure system for providing data
Ensure the security of the control room and equipment is maintained at all times
Report equipment failure to the Chief Security Officer or Management.
Providing efficient and courteous radio and telephone answering service and dealing efficiently with all inquiries.
Liaising with the security agencies and members of staff to ensure the appropriate use of the CCTV system
CCTV operators are responsible for monitoring security camera footage to detect and prevent vandalism, theft, and other crimes.
Their day-to-day tasks include maintaining equipment, storing footage, walking the premises, logging issues, and reporting suspicious activity

Good Communication Skills
Skills in monitoring and analyzing CCTV camera footage
CCTV Operator with SIRA ID for Security System Operator
Good communication skills
Private/commercial security experience/background is an advantage
Ability to identify small, apparently unnoticeable details that most people would ordinarily overlook
Ability to work independently and multitask
CCTV certification and computer experience are needed
