Sales Specialist

Identify New Businesses and onboarding of new customers
Coordinating with the sales team and assisting with recruiting and training new hires
Must be willing to travel within and outside UAE
Keep up-to-date with advancements in marketing
Work in tandem with the existing Operations Team
Achieving an agreeable individual target and being a key contributor to achieving the target
Providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, and taking the lead in resolving complaints
Promote and grow Air, Sea, Land, and Dangerous Goods freight services (both imports and exports)
Must be capable to work with different cultures, key Account Management of new customers, and retention of onboarded new customers

Candidate must have Sales and Business Development experience in General Cargo and freight forwarding industry within UAE
UAE's driver's license is mandatory
Must have good portfolio of business
Experience with MS office software
DGR, CAT 6 certification is an added advantage
Excellent Communication skills (Verbal and Written) in the English Language
Must be a go-getter, an aggressive salesman with the ability to collaborate with the team
Self-motivated, confident, and customer service oriented with exceptional negotiation skills
