Job Description:

  1. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
  2. Deal with the main client-side engineer, Project manager, and Main contractor supervise.
  3. Deal with internal laborers
  4. Ability to train low-skill/Non-Skild Gypsum workers, Carpenter, and Painters.
  5. Supervising and instructing the construction team as well as subcontractors.
  6. Evaluating the performance of construction employees and instituting disciplinary measures as needed.
  7. Analyzing blueprints to ensure that construction projects meet design, safety, and budget specifications.

Requirements

Requirements:

  1. Site handling
  2. Site Progressive reports daily basis
  3. Time management skills for project completion in target timeline.
  4. Quality of work and speed of work inspector daily and reposting to the office
  5. The ability of workers dealing with duty time
  6. Time punctuality. 
  7.  All the Above points are a must and compulsory.
