Job Description
  • Responsible for the review and approval of interim payments, project variations, and other financial matters.
  • Lead in the analysis and evaluation of all contractor claims and other contractual matters.
  • Take care of the financial and contractual aspects of the project.
  • Responsible for project finances and contractual relationships for construction companies.
  • Manage the costs of raw materials and construction projects to ensure they are within the budget.
  • Prepare cost analysis and form cost reduction strategies to ensure the overall value is enhanced for the project.
  • Prepare tender and contract documents in accordance with the building and construction regulations.
  • Provide advice on contractual claims so that the project scope is managed.
  Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering, management, or similar.
  • Construction estimating or finance experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in preparing Bills of Quantities, cost estimates, and the management of claims required.
  •  Must be fully computer literate and able to utilize computer technology to access data, maintain records, generate reports, etc.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
