  • Responsible and accountable for the academic performance and rating of the existing schools and future campuses according to the ADEK inspection framework
  • Expected to actively undertake and lead professional development by being fully conversant with the latest curriculum and pedagogical developments.
  • Lead the financial planning process, by possessing a good handle on the data for all the schools and their resourcing requirements.
  • Ensure the vision of the Group of Schools is implemented effectively by all employees by motivating and working with colleagues to create a shared culture of excellence, lifelong learning, and a positive professional climate.
  • Design ways to engage students in and out of the classroom.
  • Overseeing the implementation of new programs or initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives
  • Working with school board members to establish policies regarding such issues as class schedules, grading methods, and textbook selection
  • Deliver a consistent, well-rounded experience
  Requirements
  • A Master’s degree is the minimum requirement for the role
