Responsible and accountable for the academic performance and rating of the existing schools and future campuses according to the ADEK inspection framework
Expected to actively undertake and lead professional development by being fully conversant with the latest curriculum and pedagogical developments.
Lead the financial planning process, by possessing a good handle on the data for all the schools and their resourcing requirements.
Ensure the vision of the Group of Schools is implemented effectively by all employees by motivating and working with colleagues to create a shared culture of excellence, lifelong learning, and a positive professional climate.
Design ways to engage students in and out of the classroom.
Overseeing the implementation of new programs or initiatives to ensure they meet established goals and objectives
Working with school board members to establish policies regarding such issues as class schedules, grading methods, and textbook selection
Deliver a consistent, well-rounded experience
Requirements
A Master’s degree is the minimum requirement for the role
